Magufuli should do good concessions on this i.e. getting block 4 is only if Vivo energy Africa is headquartered in one of the 4 places i.e. Tanga, Dar, Mtwara and Bagamoyo .

Geza, when it comes to extension talks, they only discuss things related to work programs. Ie what they will do in the next four years though already stated in the production sharing agreement (psa). Remember shell aquired BG TZ two yrs back.

Obviously our representatives will negotiate well, if they will not, they know exacly what ia going to happen to them. Recently, TPDC MD and his colleagues were taken to court because of power misuse.
