Uhuru, at least did not wear a smiling face whilst delivering his msg condolence to u Tanzanians


The manner in which he did it may not have been perfect, but hey.. he's only human. What matters here is that he atleast remembered to share in your grief, and it was really deep from the bottom of his heart.
