SIMCARD Registration in Tanzania now a MUST

People will start going to make threatening or malicous calls through phone kiosks and internet cafe...unless a law is passed that forces one to register before using these services as well!!!!! lol!!! Bottomline is the government doesnt even have the means and capability to enforce this.

Since there are no national ids and reliable residentilal addresses some people will use phoney names to obtain new numbers to make those malicious calls undetected.
