Nairobi has more massive constructions. But they are under the national government.
The governor's job is more modest. Garbage collection, feeder roads, cleanliness, beautification, parking, county hospitals, county schools etc.

Sasa even those jobs he failed to do. Major cities around the world are a country of there own, diversity bring different challenges, if you fail go manage a major city, don't expect to do wonders if your given a chance to run a country.

From my humble observation....Sonko is not in a hurry to have a Deputy...He obviously knows his nominee will not be accepted by the powers that be...Meanwhile in his strategic(Sonko is no fool or pushover)move can always say “my nominee was rejected”...Feels like he is comfortable not having a Deputy...Igathe must have left for a reason...It is just a tactical move...Let’s see how this unfolds.
