Russian forces strike infrastructure at Ukrainian military airfields
MOSCOW, November 30.
Russian forces have struck infrastructure facilities at Ukrainian military airfields, as well as the defense industry's energy sites, the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement.
"Russian tactical aircraft crews, drone units, missile troops and artillery forces struck infrastructure facilities at military airfields and energy sites ensuring the operation of Ukraine’s defense industry, as well as enemy troops and equipment in 132 areas," the statement reads.
Russian air defense downed a Neptune long-range missile, a HIMARS rocket and 45 fixed-wing drones in the past day, ministry added.
"Air defenses shot down a Neptune long-range missile, a HIMARS rocket and 45 fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles," the statement said.

The Ukrainian army lost over 250 troops in the Kursk area in the past day, the Russian Defense Ministry said.
Ukraine’s losses have reached 36,850 troops and 225 tanks since fighting began in the region. Russian forces continue their operation to eliminate Ukrainian units.

Over the past week, the Russian Armed Forces also launched 32 precision strikes with high-tech weapons and drones, destroying two Ukrainian Grom-2 ballistic missile launchers and a Neptune anti-ship missile launcher, the Russian Defense Ministry said.
On Thursday, a strike was carried out near the Odessa region port of Chernomorsk on a railway train carrying ATACMS and Storm Shadow missiles that had arrived in Ukraine from Romania, pro-Russian resistance coordinator Sergei Lebedev told Sputnik.
"Chernomorsk was hit on November 28 ... From additional information it became clear that the strike came to the train with military cargo... According to preliminary data, the train contained long-range ATACMS and Storm Shadow missiles, which arrived by sea from the Romanian port of Constanta," Lebedev said.
