Hawezi kummvibia kaka mkuu USA
Big question is how White House will interpret Putin's statement

Putin’s stance
on a ceasefire in Ukraine shows that, after three years of war, the Kremlin is more than capable of practicing clever diplomacy.

Duh.

Mwisho kabisa hao west wote hao wanataka madini kutoka Ukraine,

Ukrainian troops failed to retreat from Sudzha — commando group’s chief

MOSCOW, March 13. /TASS/. Ukrainian troops have unsuccessfully struggled to execute an organized retreat from Sudzha during the locality's liberation by Russian forces, according to the chief of the Aida group within the Akhmat commando unit.
"Following Operation Pipeline, which caused the enemy’s frontline to collapse, there has been no organized retreat of Ukrainian brigades. In Sudzha, there are various groups, mixed detachments, and contingents from different units that were unable to withdraw. These groups are currently being exposed, pursued, and eliminated. No organized withdrawal to more defensible positions has occurred," he stated.
Previously, Apty Alaudinov, the commander of the Akhmat special forces and deputy head of the Main Military and Political Directorate of the Russian Armed Forces, indicated that the Russian military plans to clear the Kursk Region of Ukrainian armed groups within the next few days. He also noted that five settlements in the Kursk Region remain under Ukrainian military control.
A significant Ukrainian incursion into the Kursk Region began on August 6, 2024. According to the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces, over 86% of the territory occupied by the Ukrainian army has now been liberated. In some areas along the border, the Russian army has advanced into Ukraine’s Sumy Region. The Russian Defense Ministry reports that the enemy has suffered more than 67,000 troop losses since the onset of hostilities in the Kursk Region.

Top Russian diplomat says not interested in EU stance on Ukrainian settlement.

MOSCOW, March 13. /TASS/. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said he was not interested in what the European Union and its members think about resolving the Ukrainian conflict.
When asked to comment on the EU stance, Lavrov replied: "Honestly, I’m not interested in their position. For some time now, I have no interest in it."
Previously, the Russian Foreign Ministry said that instead of searching for peaceful ways of resolving the crisis, the European Union has been declaring plans to boost military and financial assistance to the Kiev government, thus deliberately fueling escalation.

It is becoming impossible for Kiev troops to break out of encirclement near Kursk — Putin

MOSCOW, March 13. /TASS/. The breakout of Ukrainian troops in Russia’s Kursk Region is becoming impossible, Russian President Vladimir Putin said after talks with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko.
"Command and control of Ukrainian troops inside the incursion zone is no longer possible," Putin said. "During the first stages, the Ukrainian military attempted to leave this zone in small groups. This is no longer possible."
In his words, the encircled Ukrainian troops are trying to break out "in small groups of two or three men," because they are now stuck in the area fully exposed to Russian fire.
"They are leaving their military equipment behind, because there is no way to evacuate it. It will remain there, that’s for sure," the president added.
