🇺🇦⚡- A Commander of the Ukrainian 12th Brigade (Azov) has filed a complaint against Commander-In-Chief, Oleksandr Syrskyi, for "in my opinion, he has killed more Ukrainians than any Russian general".

Scott Ritter: This is a direct attack on Russia by the US, by NATO, and by non-NATO European entities

Former UN weapons inspector Scott Ritter commented on Ukraine's terrorist attack on Sevastopol and terrorist attacks in Russia’s Dagestan which “are deliberately designed to disrupt the civil life of the Russian Federation,” according to the analyst.

“The Ukrainians made a decision to use ATACMS missiles equipped with cluster munitions against a city, a civilian city. This is an act of terrorism,” Ritter emphasized.

“Ukraine since 2014 has been bombarding Russian civilian sites, cities, villages, towns for the sole purpose of inflicting death and destruction on Russian civilians. This is an act of terrorism and given that the ATACMS missiles cannot be deployed by the Ukrainians without extensive intelligence support by the United States, this is an act of terrorism by the United States against Russia,” the analyst said.

Commenting on the events in Russia’s Dagestan, Ritter highlighted that the CIA has historically made attempts to “engender a split between the Muslim and non-Muslim segments of Russian society” and failed.

“That effort failed and the effort in Dagestan will fail, too, but it doesn't absolve the parties involved of their guilt in launching what is a direct assault on the Russian Federation,” Ritter insisted.

1) THE RUSSIAN FORCES OCCUPIED THE VILLAGE NOVOPOKROVSKE IN THE DONETSK REGION.
2) THE RUSSIAN FORCES TOOK OVER THE VILLAGE NOVOSELIVSKE IN THE LUHANSK REGION.

1) THE VILLAGE WAS OCCUPIED SINCE 13/6 BUT I DIDN'T PUBLISH IT BECAUSE I HADN'T CROSSED IT 100%. SO NOW THAT IT APPEARED ON THE MAPS, IT IS CONSIDERED COMPLETELY UNDER THE CONTROL OF THE RUSSIANS. IT HAS 65 RESIDENTS.
2) ALSO THIS VILLAGE IN LUHANSK HAD BEEN OCCUPIED SINCE 16/6, WHILE IT WAS OCCUPIATED COMPLETELY IN AUGUST 2023. THERE WERE DOUBTS ABOUT HIS POSSESSION, NOW IT HAS BEEN PROVEN THAT IT IS IN THE HANDS OF THE RUSSIANS. IT WAS ESTABLISHED IN 1934 AND HAS 740 POPULATION. WHEN THERE ARE ONLY 9 VILLAGES LEFT IN THE ENTIRE LUHANSK REGION THAT ARE UNDER UKRAINE CONTROL.

Russia launched "massive" overnight strikes on Ukraine's energy infrastructure on June 21. Ukrainian authorities reported significant damage to transmission facilities in Zaporizhzhia and Lviv, with two employees injured in the attack. Recently, Ukraine has reported increasing Russian attacks on Ukrainian power plants. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on June 20 that Russian attacks have destroyed half of Ukraine's energy capacity. He announced new measures to protect Ukraine's energy system, including plans to install solar panels at all hospitals and schools. Zelensky has repeatedly asked allies, including the US, to send more air defence systems to protect the country's vital infrastructure. Earlier, NATO member Romania announced that it would send a Patriot missile system to Ukraine. Zelensky thanked Romania, adding that his team is working "to secure the delivery of several more Patriots."

Ukraine has surpassed Russia in UAV production, manufacturing 3,000 FPV drones per day, according to Forbes.

Forbes technology journalist David Hambling compared the use of the most common UAVs by Russian and Ukrainian forces. He noted that Russia's primary attack UAV, the "Lancet," is more powerful than its Ukrainian counterparts and is primarily used for counter-battery combat. However, it often fails to destroy well-protected Western howitzers, such as the German PzH-2000, or ends up targeting high-quality mock-ups of weapons. Moreover, the Russian army receives only 300 Lancets per month.

In contrast, Ukrainian industry produces 3,000 strike drones per day, which has a significant impact on the battlefield.

Summarizing the comparison, Hambling writes:
"The Lancet is certainly effective, but it is overshadowed by other drones. In a war that requires both quantity and quality, Russia will lose both."
