French President Macron said he was a "guarantor" of the second emergency summit of EU and Canadian leaders on Ukraine in Paris.

There was no other notable news about the second gathering of leaders of several European countries in three days, except for the comment of the President of Lithuania that European countries are not ready to send military contingents to Ukraine.

According to Bloomberg, it will probably be implemented after the end of hostilities. However, it will depend on Trump's agreement to provide aircraft and intelligence.

European troops may be deployed in ports and critical infrastructure facilities, except in the eastern territories, in addition to Ukraine's major cities.

Poland and Romania are planning to deploy aviation and ground troops near the eastern borders for possible deployment to Ukraine. Drones, satellites, and reconnaissance aircraft will also be deployed, and two groups are likely to operate in the Black Sea for demining and patrolling.
 
Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has stated that his country will continue to strongly support Ukraine in the war against Russian invasion.

🔹American fighter jets and missiles would be deployed in Eastern Europe, ready to respond to any future Russian aggression.

🔹Rather than deploying a much larger force to the war-torn country, the mission would rely on “technical monitoring,” including intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance aircraft, drones and satellites, to provide a “full picture of what’s happening,” a Western official said.

🔹The operation will be backed by sufficient firepower to "track and disrupt these attacks" to reopen Ukrainian airspace and allow commercial flights.

🔹Naval patrol vessels will also be deployed to the Black Sea to monitor Russian threats to commercial shipping lanes.
