1. architect akiandaa mchoro anampa
2. Structural engineer anamshirikisha
3. Service engineer for electricity, plumbing, HVAC, elevators etc, baadaye anampa
4. QS ambaye anaandaa BoQ ndiyo atakayopewa
5. Contractor aitekeleze kwa kusimamiwa na
6. Consultant.
Kwa hiyo huyu bricks and mortar engineer hahusiki na barabara ila majengo.
Ninachofahamu in any form of engineering, every discipline involved in a project life cycle must definitely be well versed of all various components.
Kwa mfano mimi hapa am a software engineer na mara nyingi nikifanya large scale software, huwa nawahusisha wataalam kwenye level tofauti kila timu inafanya stage yake na kupokeza timu ya stage ya pili, lakini unakuta hao wote kila mmoja anayo uelewa wa ndani wa stage zote.
Na kama small scale, nakua na timu ndogo tunafanya wote stage sote. Hivyo hufai kumsimanga mtu kisa ni specialist kwenye stage moja, huyo hapo utakuta ni mtaalam full.
