NASA wants President Uhuru Kenyatta to stop making utterances suggesting he won the election legitimately as their petition is in the Supreme Court's hands.
Musalia Mudavadi, who served as national campaign committee chairman, noted Uhuru should await the court's determination.
In a Thursday statement signed by the ANC leader, the coalition accused Uhuru of declaring himself winner during the inauguration of Bomet Governor Joyce Laboso.
NASA termed this the continuity of the "cultural electoral impunity" that led Uhuru and Jubilee at large into power after the 2013 election.
“This characterisation of the results of the contest is disturbing but hardly surprising. The President and his Jubilee team are suffering from an acute legitimacy deficit and are clutching at every straw to acquire it”, they said.
“The Jubilee fraudulent win in all races is not synonymous with winning the presidency."
Mudavadi said they are ready to argue their case at the court to prove leaders were generated by computer.
But after days of counting votes and giving updates amid claims of rigging, IEBC declared Uhuru victorious over Raila, with a margin of at least 1.4 million votes.
Uhuru said Kenyans made their decisions and that he and Deputy President William Ruto are not computer-generated leaders.
Uhuru also dismissed NASA's petition saying his super-majority in the bicameral Parliament proves he won fair and square.
“As Jubilee, we have about 27 governors, the majority...we have about 28 senators, a majority...we have 31 woman representatives...we have about 170 MPs, again a majority,” he said during Laboso's swearing-in.
On this, the ANC leader said: "The number of governor and parliamentaary seats cannot be compared with presidential votes since NASA as a coalition had multiple candidates whose combined votes were more than those of winning Jubilee candidates."
