Nina swali kuhusu program tajwa hapo juu hususani kwa mtu aliyepitia Doctor of Medicine (MD) kama undergraduate.

Requirements ni zipi?
Je inampasa graduate wa MD kutimiza mwaka mmoja wa internship, na kufanya kazi katika field ya udaktari?
Au anaweza akaunganisha moja kwa moja kutoka MD kwenda MPH?

Naomba pia kujua requirements za vyuo tofauti maana it seems zinatofautiana

Master of Public Health (MPH)
The aim of this program is to prepare a Health Management Officer with the community as the main focus, who will be a member of health planning and management committees within government as well as non-governmental organizations, a professional in public health matters, and also a chief liaison officer of the ministry responsible for health. The graduate will also be trained to acquire knowledge and skills for managing health teams and for planning, initiating, monitoring and evaluating public programs or interventions.

Entry requirements:

  1. Doctors, Dentists, Pharmacists, Environmental Health Scientist or graduate Nurses from this University or any other recognized University may apply for this programme; those with classified degrees must have obtained at least a lower second class.
  2. Any other graduates of this University or any other recognized University with at least an upper second class in their final University examinations in health related fields such as sociology, anthropology, health statistics, demography, biology, food sciences, veterinary sciences, epidemiology and health information science and Law.
  3. Candidates will be required to have at least three years working experience in a health related or health care delivery or health intervention work. All candidates should have experience in health management or health related research before joining the course. Candidates who have worked with communities in health related activities at district level will be given a priority.

Do the same conditions apply kwa vyuo vingine vinavyotoa hiyo program?

I'm looking for a loophole to take advantage of

Edit: Nimecheki UDSM, they don't make any mention of a 3 year experience

Entry Requirement for the MPH Programmes
i)Holders of MD degree or its equivalent with a pass of B grade or above in CommunityMedicine and at least one year of working experience.
ii)Holders of B. Sc. Nursing degree with a pass of B grade or above in CommunityMedicine and at least one year of working experience.
iii)Holders of first degreein health related disciplines (Health officers, Environmentalhealth, Pharmacy or Laboratory sciences) provided they passed with a lower secondand have at least one year of working experienceiv)Holders of Master Degree in health related disciplines with atleast one year of workingexperience.
 
Master ya Public Health zinapitana usome kwa umakini sana MUHAS zaidi inafocus kwenye management ya systems za afya, SUA wanayo lakini wao wana angalia jinsi ya kutumia knowledge na skills za veterinarian kuzuia magonjwa kutoka mifugo kwenda kwa bina damu (ina hitaji biology ya magonjwa zaidi). UDSM wameanzisha yao nafikiri nayo ina utofauti wake. Hivyo usome kwa makini sio kila MPH au MScPH ni sawa na ningine.

Kusajiliwa kama dakitari unatakiwa uwe umemaliza internship kwa kiwango kinachotakiwa. Na kazi nyingi zinataka uwe umesajiliwa in addition to your MD. Hivyo uwanja unakuwa mpana zaidi kama una degree yako ya public health na ni dakitari aliyesajiliwa.
