Kwenye medicine kuna cause of death..
Ambapo kuna immediate cause na underlying cause.. immediate cause ni ile condition au disease iliyosababisha mtu kufa.. underlying ni ile comdition ambayo ilimpredispoce huyo mtu hadi akapata ile immeiate cause..

Kwa case ya coroma ukiwa unaandika death cirtificate unaweza kuandika cause ya death unaanza na kile kitu kikichomfanya afe..
Mtu mwenye presha au kisukari kuwa hafi kwa kupata joto kali , respiratory failure , shock n.k.. kwahio tunaangalia nini kinaweza kusababisha hivyo vitu ambavyo obvious itakuwa ni corona virus.
Lakino huko mbele lazima tuandike na underlying cause.. maana angekuwa ni healthy person asingefikia kwenye complications zote hizo kwahio unatafuta na sababu ya kwa nini huyo mtu kacomplicate hadi kufa ndio underlaying cause ambayo ni either kisukari au cancer vinaingia.

Kwahio ukiwa unamention cause ya death unaanza na iliyosababisha sasa hivi ambayo ni either septic shock due tu COVID19 due to .........

Unaweza usiyaogope na yasikuue wewe lakini ukipata unaweza kuambukiza watu wengine..
Unajikuta umempa mzazi wa mtu mwingine ambaye ana kisukari.. au mbaya zaidi ukampa hata mzazi wako ambaye umri umeenda hana kinga kama uliyonayo wewe..

Muhimu ni kujikinga ili umkinge mwenzako.

Yes ni kweli huu ni ugonjwa. Ni kweli unaweza kuchangia kusababisha vifo. Na ni kweli tuchukue tahadhari kama tunavyochukua kwa magonjwa mengine.

But ni kweli pia upo too overated! Sijui ni kwa faida ya nani??

Unaweza shangaa wapo watu wanafaidika na hii hofu. Duniani kuna mambo!!

Because most of those infected with Coronavirus are likely to be undiagnosed. Most of those that have died suffered from underlying health conditions.

The way Italy records its COVID-19 deaths is, shall we say, generous. Anyone who tests positive for the infection and then dies is recorded as a 'COVID-19 death' - even if that person had stage 4 cancer!

So...should politicians really be using these figures to make policy?

That's fact mkuu. That's what i meant. Ninashangaa why other people dont see this, they creat uncessary fear. They put life at a stand still, why? What are they benefiting?
