Mbaya zaidi watoto wa wafanya maamuzi wetu wanasoma nje,wakimaliza wanafanya kazi nje,wakikwama baba zao wanawakopea ubalozini halafu hawalipi ila wakifa ndio wanarudishwa nyumbani kwa mbwembwe nyingi....
yaah, unajua wameigeuza nnchi hii kuwa TAIFA LA WACHUUZI..kweli angalia kasi ya ufunguaji wa maduka makubwa ya kuuza bidhaa za kigeni, kweli hazitusaidii kuinua uchumi wetu kwa kasi kubwa, maana tunafungua ajira kwenye viwanda vya uzalishaji China SA, USA, maana chunguza maduka yote kama kuna bidhaa yenye asili ya TZ.
wanatudanganya kuwa mbona wahudumu wamaduka yale ni WATZ, .....wanashau kuwa kwa kuchuuza bidhaa hizo , kwa kila MTZ mmoja anaepata ajira katika maduka hayo anafungua ajira ya vijana hadi saba ktk nnchi ambapo bidhaa hizo hutengenezwa.
tunahitaji mawazo ya kizalendo, wanasiasa wazalendo na watendaji wazalendo katika kurudisha heshima ya Taifa hili.
 

Kwanini tusianze sisi wenyewe? Mfano ukichukua shamba la ekari 500 kule Morogoro ukaanza kulima alizeti, ukaweza nembo yako na kuuza kwenye nchi zote za Afrika Mashariki na kusini, si utakuwa umepata faida, kuinua uchumi na kuongeza ajira kwa Watanzania?

Mfano mashine za kusindika matunda, nyama na kumamua mafuta ya alizeti bei rahisi zipo China na India! Kutoka Dar kwenda China au Dubai wala huhitaji VISA. Au mnataka hilo nalo mpaka serikali iseme?

Kama kuna fursa za kiuchumu ambazo tunaziona kwanini tusizitumie sisi kama wazawa na si kukaa kulaumu serikali? Watanzania wengi ni wazuri wa kulaumu tu! Mabadiliko yanaanza na wewe mwenyewe!

Huwezi kukurupuka tu na kuwekeza kihivyo serikali in sera na taratibu zake,vipi ukalima hayo maalizeti halafu ukanyimwa kibali cha ku-export?Hizo eka 500 unazipataje?Hizo mashine utaendesha kwa umeme gani?

Jamaa yangu mmoja alilima mahindi ekari 100 kwenye shamba lao asili akapiga hesabu akaona mahindi mabichi yanalipa:
1.Kwa vile yanatumia muda mfupi shamabani hivyo suala la kuchunga wanayama waharibifu linapungua
2.Soko lipo tayari kwa kuwa watu wanapenda sana mahindi ya kuchoma
3.Hatohitaji ghala kuhifadhi mavuno kwa kuwa atavuna na kuuza(in fact wanunuzi wankuja mpaka shambani)

Alipovuna tu serikali ikamkamata kuwa ataleta njaa..mahindi lazima yavunwe makavu...
 

Usiwe na mtazamo hasi kuhusu biashara na fursa za biashara! Ekari 500 za ardhi ukitaka niambie nikuelekeze pa kuzipata na wala huhitaji kutoa rushwa, ni nguvu yako tu!

Hilo la mahindi mabichi hata mimi nimeshapingana nalo sana kwani hata mimi ni mwekezaji kwenye sekta ya kilimo. Lakini kama hatupigi kelele, hilo sio la kukatisha tamaa. Yapo mambo mengi ambayo serikalia ilikuwa na ukiritimba na yakarekebishwa baada ya wananchi kupiga kelele!

Samahani kwa lugha yangu....lakini hizo suppression za serikali hazikwepeki...mimi ninazo ekari 250 handeni lakini naamini si wote wenye uwezo wa kuzipata
 
Machine zote zilisha chomolewa na limebaki pagala tu, na watuwazitumia mashine hizo kwa kazi zao. na zilikuwa bado mpya na hazikufanya kazi kwa muda mrefu.
Kimsingi kwa sasa panafa kuwa open space au eneo lamichezo.
 
JK na serikali yake walisema kuwa, ujenzi wa viwanda si kazi yao bali ni kazi ya Sekta Binafsi.
 
Kama wangekuwa kweli wanaipendeka nchi hii, wangejenga viwanda vya kusindika mazao yetu mbalimbali na kisha kuwauzia Watanzania Hisa katika hivyo viwanda. Ni muhimu sana wakatambua kuwa soko kuu na la uhakika kwa mkulima ni viwanda vya kusindika mazao mbalimbali.

Kuna mdau yoyote mwenye taarifa na eneo hili pale kawe(263 acres) na nini mustakabali wake?
Eneo la Kawe lilibadilishwa matumizi na serikali ambapo aliuziwa mwekezaji kutoka Dubai. Serikali inampango wa kubadilisha eneo lote na kuwa ni eneo la kitalii ambapo mwekezaji atajenga hotel na kufanya uwekezaji mwingine wenye kuvutia watalii wa ndani na nje ya nchi.

Serikali ilikwishakabidhi eneo lile kwa mwekezaji about ten years ago lakini mwekezaji aligoma kulichukua mpaka eneo wanalokaa waliokuwa MANAMBA waliachie. Badala yake wale manamba wamefungua kesi mahakamani wakitaka serikali iwauzie lile eneo pamoja na nyumba wanazokaa ambazo kwakweli zimebaki kuwa ni magofu ukienda pale utasikitika maisha wanayoishi.

Kwa sasa mwekezaji anasubiri amri ya mahakama ndio aanze kupaendeleza. Kama alivyosema msemaji aliyepita ni kwamba eneo la kawe zamani kabisa lilifahamika kama COW WAY maana ngombe walikuwa wakipitishwa hapo kuelekea katika machinjio. Kwa sasa kutokana na kukua kwa mji na mahitaji hapatafaa tena kuzalishia nyama kama ilivyokuwa zamani.

Bawadi announces joint venture with Al Ghurair Investment to develop AED 10 billion shopping mall

Bawadi, a member of Tatweer, has announced a joint venture with Al Ghurair Investment to develop the biggest shopping mall at a cost of AED10 billion within the project.

Phase 1 of the shopping mall is set to be completed by 2012, and will cover a gross leasable area (GLA) of four million sq ft.

The project follows a directive from His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai, to double investments and develop the biggest shopping area in the world on a total area of 40 million sq ft at Bawadi.

The agreement to develop the mall was signed by Saeed Al Muntafiq, Executive Chairman of Tatweer, and Abdullah Al Ghurair, Chairman, Al Ghurair Investment, at Tatweer's offices in Emirates Towers.

Following the signing ceremony, Al Ghurair said: "This agreement highlights our confidence in Bawadi as one of the most desirable investment opportunities. It also underlines the active role Bawadi will play to meet the tourism and commercial objectives of the recently announced Dubai Strategic Plan.

"The innovative and uniquely designed, top-notch shopping mall will be one of the largest within the biggest shopping area in the world, and will add a new dimension to the variety of services and facilities offered by Bawadi. With this agreement, both companies will seek to bring back the historic Okaz Souq - the first-ever retail outlet which existed in the region - as Arabs are known to be the pioneers in this sector."

Saeed Al Muntafiq said: "This agreement reflects our faith and trust in Al Ghurair Investment and the success of its investments locally and regionally especially in the retail sector, in which it has implemented several many projects. This new project is Al Ghurair's second investment in Bawadi and, as such, is a vote of confidence in Bawadi's potential to deliver sustained commercial success. It also validates the level of trust and the strength of the relationship Bawadi has developed with investors locally, regionally and internationally.

"This agreement also reflects the keenness of both the companies to help establish Dubai as a prime tourist hub in the region. Our first agreement included Al Ghurair's initial investment of AED800 million in the Al Maghreb Resort and Spa, which will position Bawadi as a leader in the tourism and hospitality industry providing solid investment opportunities and an encouraging business friendly environment in the region."

Al Ghurair Investment is credited with setting up the first shopping mall in the Arab world in Dubai.
