>After being left out on ratification of EAC SGR protocol which aims to connect Mombasa port to Kigali Kampala and Juba,Tz decided to go on its own to achieve its sgr dream.
>Don't mention the difference terrain between Ke and Tz ,they are almost identical.
>For every 1hr travelled,Tz SGR will be 40 km ahead of that of Kenya.
>Kenya didn't use competitive bidding process instead opted for government to government agreement.
Tz has opened another way on how such projects are implemented in terms of associated costs therefore bringing back the economic viability of such huge infrastructure projects.

I congratulate both Tz and Ke for defying World's bank opposing advice on this project,the bank had suggested that the current meter gauge be rehabilitated.
