SADC is economic block, that's why kuna neno "Development", while EAC ni just community, inaweza kuwa community ya mashoga, majizi, majambazi au hata ya ukabila. EAC Parliament has no authority, rather it derives its authority from heads of state which kenya's president has failed to make friends..

Kagame is not closing down Kenyan campuses. Rwanda is. And for you info, Kenya has also shut down some of these campuses in our own country. Some countries do not follow the law of the president... but you wouldn't know.

You should go back to primary school. Because that's the only place you'll be taught the work of a parliament.
