Moja wapo ya hizo proxy war za Iran na USA ni hiyo onslaught ya Gaza iloisha juzi, ambayo "kimsing" ni another loss kwa Israel.

The Minister for Defence and National Service, Dr Hussein Mwinyi, has explained that Tanzania's cooperation with Iran is in the area of the transfer of technology and experiences to the national service and does not involve military affairs.
Clarifying recent reports implying that Tanzania was developing military cooperation with Iran, the minister said mutual cooperation in defence was not an agenda in his visit to Iran last year.
He said the cooperation with Iran will be in agriculture – farming and livestock development in the national service and not otherwise. "The coperation will be in those areas and the technology being referred to is in agriculture and livestock husbandry in the national service. He said Tanzania could benefit from Iran's experience in these fields.

Waziri wa Ulinzi na Jeshi la Kujenga Taifa (JKT), Dk. Hussein Mwinyi amefafanua kwamba ushirikiano unaokusudiwa kuendelezwa kati ya Tanzania na Iran, utakuwa kwenye maendeleo ya kilimo na ufugaji ndani ya JKT.
Akifafanua taarifa zinazotoa picha kwamba Tanzania inaendeleza uhusiano wa kijeshi na Iran, Dk. Mwinyi alisema uhusiano uliozungumziwa wakati wa ziara yake Iran mwishoni mwa mwaka jana, ulikuwa wa kubadilishana ujuzi na teknolojia katika kilimo na ufugaji kwa JKT.
Hakuna kilichozungumzwa kuhusu uhusiano wa kijeshi, alisema. Waziri alisema Tanzania inaangalia uwezo ambao Iran inao katika teknolojia ya kilimo na ufugaji ili kujenga ushirikiano na nchi hiyo katika maeneo hayo.

Waziri wa Ulinzi na Jeshi la Kujenga Taifa (JKT), Dk. Hussein Mwinyi amefafanua kwamba ushirikiano unaokusudiwa kuendelezwa kati ya Tanzania na Iran, utakuwa kwenye maendeleo ya kilimo na ufugaji ndani ya JKT.
Akifafanua taarifa zinazotoa picha kwamba Tanzania inaendeleza uhusiano wa kijeshi na Iran, Dk. Mwinyi alisema uhusiano uliozungumziwa wakati wa ziara yake Iran mwishoni mwa mwaka jana, ulikuwa wa kubadilishana ujuzi na teknolojia katika kilimo na ufugaji kwa JKT.
Hakuna kilichozungumzwa kuhusu uhusiano wa kijeshi, alisema. Waziri alisema Tanzania inaangalia uwezo ambao Iran inao katika teknolojia ya kilimo na ufugaji ili kujenga ushirikiano na nchi hiyo katika maeneo hayo.

TEHRAN, Jan. 21 (ISNA)-Iran and Tanzania signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Wednesday to boost defense cooperation.
The MoU was signed as Iran's Defense Minister Mostafa Mohammad Najjar and Tanzania's Minister for Defense and National Service Hussein Mwiny held their second round of talks in Tehran for expansion of defense cooperation.
The two sides also stressed strengthening international peace, security and stability and expansion of defense ties.
The Memorandum of Understanding involves sharing defense and military experiences and dispatching delegations on service, technical and training fields.
Mwiny heading a defense delegation stepped in Iran on Monday for talks with Iranian officials on defense section. He has been officially invited by Najjar.
Hussein Mwiny is the first Tanzanian Defense Minister who has tripped to Iran after Islamic revolution in 1979.
Iran-Tanzania defense ties to be expanded
TEHRAN (IRNA) Irans Defense Minister stressed the need to expand ties with Tanzania in all fields, given its strategic location in east Africa.
In a meeting with his Tanzanian counterpart, Hussein Ali Mwinyi, Major General Mostafa Mohammad Najjar expressed Irans readiness to broaden its ties with the country in all fields.
Referring to his ministrys capabilities in defense industries, he further noted that it is ready to convey its experience to the country.
Pointing to Zionist regimes brutalities in Gaza, Najjar said Gazans resistance once again defeated the forged regime as it was trounced by Hezbollah in 33-day war.
He called on the Muslim nations to help end Zionist regimes crimes and said that using forbidden bombs such as phosphorous bombs by Israelis to kill Palestinians is a war crime and they should be prosecuted in an international court.
Mwinyi, for his part, expressed pleasure over his visit to Iran and stressed the need to broaden defense ties between Iran and Tanzania.
He(Mwinyi) also announced his countrys interest in developing relations with Iran in all fields and said that Iran has valuable experience and advanced equipment which can be useful for Tanzanian armed forces.
