How Tshs 6 bln = US$ 2,591,456.83 / 50 cars = $51,829 per ambulance mind u the price u see online excludes tax!
Whereas in Kunyaland,
15 ambulance were leased at Kshs 42,000,000/100 = US$ 420,000 where used to lease 15 ambulance a price that could get at least 9 brand new ambulances!

It seems you didn't understand Nelson Havi's tweet.
Kenya leased 15 ambulances for $420,000. Meaning each ambulance was leased for $28,000 and remember the price of each ambulance leased by Kenya when bought is $50,000.
Tanzania on the other hand spend $2.8m on 50 ambulances meaning each ambulance was acquired at $57,000. Remember that type of ambulance your government acquired is costing $38,000 each and not $57,000 that your government used. This means that you lost $950,000($19000×50).
Geza are you seeing what I'm trying to say? Your government played you big because she knows that it's dealing with illiterate citizens who can't scrutinize their spending.

Yes with VAT excluded, why should u lease a car at US$ 28000 while with $420,000 u can get at least 8 of such vehicles going at a price of $50,000 each? No wonder KQ is minting losses years n years! If GoK does this kind of leases!
