I must say honestly, the only thing that has impressed me by Tanzania is that you are using internal sources of finance for your projects. The ministry of energy has set aside 41% of its budget for this project, that is simply amazing and all African countries should follow that direction. That also means the recurrent expenditure for the ministry of energy is quite low and that is why they are spending more than 41% on development. Sio kila saa ni battle na matusi, saa zingine ni vizuri kupongeza ambapo jirani anafanya vyema. Ikifika ni mambo ya financial management, mko mbele ya countries nyingi sana hapa Afrika.Hii ni ukweli na lazima isemwe. Lakini hiyo haimaanishi hamna mapungufu yenu nyingi ambayo lazima mzingatie. That is my two cents on Tanzania's fiscal policy.
