Wacha ushamba wewe, ushai skia msemo unaosema if it doesn't break dont fix it, technology ya kujenga kitu kama tunnel au bridge ni nadra sana kubadilishwa, hio ni chinies technology.... Niko very sure hata huyo mturuki, ukichunguza vizuri utangundua hio technology wanayotumia ina miaka mingi sana ya 'proven technology'
Kwa mfano nikifanya google kiasi ya american rail standard Ambato mtutuki anatumia napata picha hii ya suspension bridge iliyogengwa 1850 Niagra falls , wakati huo walikua wanatumia steel au wood lakini ukiangalia hio suspension bridge inafanana na hio yenu kweli

Khaa umeanza kwa ubishi tu...yaani umefukunyua picha ili mradi tu upate kulinganisha! Sasa daraja la mbao na steel+concrete wapi na wapi?
 
Still remains non electrified railway and it will take over $400mln to electrify Mombasa-Nairobi alone meaning for the whole SGR project to Kampala n Juba, over $1.5 bln will be needed to electrify the whole rail network.
Uganda will be building electric rail with the context that they have signed, therefore they wont need additional cost for electrification, by the time the rail reaches kampala, Kenya is also expected to have aready electrified ..i.e by 2020..

Tomorrow I will post some renders of our bridges in phase 2A , phase 2A will have the highest bridge in EA with a height of 120m...
Meanwhile enjoy some of the stations you can expect from the other phases along the kenyan route ...
