Tanzania, Uganda Airforce

I have watched several public ceremonies in Tanzania and Uganda. Why are there never fly past shows by their respective airforce jets or any other planes?

Are their planes in good condition or they are in junk yards?

More so Uganda that has shiny su-30mk2 planes?

The cost of operating su 30 is too expensive that's why despite Uganda having superior aircrafts it doesn't carryout airstrikes in somalia.
its costs almost 9000$ per flight hour.it far more expensive than operating an f16

It also depends on the pilots training and experience not just the jet.poor training and lack of expirience will be disastrous.Tanzania lost its jets during the war with Uganda due to poor training.

what is the reason behind Tanzania locating its main airforce base near the border ?......doesn't this put you in a vurnalable position? air bases have been overrun during major ground offensives.

Nigger please, i don't have to see them flying when they fly , i can look for videos online, there are many KE videos of fly pasts in ceremonies, training ... i just said i can't find such videos in the case of TZ n UG.
