ha ha how many areas have no power compared to areas that have power, only the very remote areas ??? my village has power, all main roads are bitumen standard, others are passable on all weather because they have murram. Primary education in public schools is free, villagers have access to health centers(medicines are not always available due to mismanagement but with devolution things are getting better), Majority of Sec schools are equipped and with teachers, still improving quality - the govt budget on educ this year is 400B.. We have more universities and technical institutes than UG and TZ combined.. power supply is reliable, blackouts are rare btw though power is still expensive coz of taxes ...

We are improving at a fast rate...in 10yrs with minimal stealing..we will be very very far

Hapa uko sahihi, ile siku Watanzania mtaacha kuona Kenya kwenye kila aina ya shida zenu ndio mtaamka na kugundua tatizo lenu kubwa ni laana mliyoachiwa ya CCM na ujamaa.
Tutaendelea kuwapiga bao katika kila sekta, leo hii tofauti ya uchumi baina ya Kenya na Tanzania imeongezeka sana ukilinganisha na miaka 20 iliyopita.

our media freedom is 20yrs ahead of TZ my bro, our media will highlight any small thing that the govt is not doing and call for action.
Whereas your media is even prevented from criticizing the govt on petty issues..

Maghufuli has even banned anyone from releasing any stats except the govt.

So just because your media has been hiding a rotten system does not mean there is no rot

But Kenyan media is 100 year behind UK France or Germany or Canada. We've see murder of journalists, lawyers, election officials even witness in Kenya with little information or cover up by Mr. Big. So your idea of media freedom in Kenya is kind of illusion if you ask me.
 
wafadhili ?? have you seen the Kenyan govt budget on Health,Education,transport and power? I am not saying we have the best standards yet, but you cannot compare the quality of roads, health ,education , power distribution in KE n TZ .

The other thing on slums, most Kenyans living in slums in Nairobi have homes up-country, they are not homeless or landless except a few. People come to Nairobi to work. there is also a shortage of low cost housing.But that sector has started attracting investors.

We don't live in utopian imagination where everything is good as the govt tells us. We know our problems and we are working on them. As opposed to TZ who think they are in paradise

Which journalist was killed or arrested lastly in Kenya for doing his work?? On media freedom we are at par with Western Nations...that one i can guarantee you. When was the last time you heard a media house getting closed for reporting??

Several months ago a polling company released opinion results from the public, of the most corrupt politicians, our Pres , DP and former pres were in the list and they started defending themselves, did you hear any of them threatening the media or the polling co?

If this was in TZ they could have closed and gotten jailed.
 
Our problem is today KQ managed to transfer accumulation of air from Kenya to US like it doesn't care hivi KQ walikosea wapi? 20/280 this is super curse.
 
Haha, on par with western world, have forgotten the closer of 5 TV station for airing swearing in of Odinga? If it was western world the government would've respected Court order and allowed the station to resume service.

My friend as much as your trying to force Kenya to resemble a white mans country, your failing to find your own accent, (meaning Kenyan way of doing things). Coping other countries thinking that's the only way to reach your goals, you denying yourself ability to be curative and finding new and simplified ways of doing things.
