They knew better than scientists. This pandemic imefanya Magufuli adharuliwe sana Africa. Just go to twitter and see South Africans, Nigerians, Kenyans, Ugandans, Rwanda etc are mocking Magufuli.

Alafu in Kenya more than 85 percent of cases are from quarantine centers those at community level are manageable to some extent since the government is putting efforts in tracing contacts and in some cases contacts of contacts
In contrast most Tanzanias cases are from all over the country I doubt if they are from quarantine centers that means the extent of the spread of the virus might be more .
