That translates to KES 1.068 Trillion in 9 months. Slightly over double what Tz collected over a similar period.

They still say they will "catch up" and "overtake".. KRA automation is only getting better and more efficient.. the gap will only widden to TRIPPLE their revenue collection by end of the Financial Year

We are not gauging ourselves against YOU, but our target.
That's pure and simple.

Again if we examine your budget vs implementation, we see are huge disparity.

And still u can't meet ur $25 bln budget!

Tanzania's current account deficit to widen

Tanzania's budget deficit is expected to grow this year, fueled by a rise in the import bill, according to BMI, the research arm of Fitch Ratings.

While exports are likely to grow because of improved harvests and a likely increase in gold production, a substantial import bill — mainly due capital goods and services import to supply infrastructure projects — will outweigh any increase in foreign revenue inflows.

“We forecast a current account deficit of 5.3 per cent and 5.4 per cent of GDP in 2018 and 2019 respectively, from a projected 5.0 per cent in 2017,” BMI notes.
Foreign loans and direct investment will finance much of this shortfall. But FDI is likely to decline on the back of a more hostile business environment.

Then post the trash about your Useless Country in the Tanzania page... Don't you think?

While Tanzania is comfortably funding its mega construction projects "SGR, Stiglers gorge" Kenya heavily depends on Chinese loans.

Ukweli ni kwamba hata mkusanye vipi, haina maana kwakua hela inaishia mifukoni mwa wajanja wachache na nchi inaishia kukopa na chakula cha msaada.
