Msaada tafadhali kuna jamaa yangu alifukuzwa kazi kwenye kampuni fulani na according to disciplinally procedures za kampuni ile Discplinally committee (DC) inayoweza kumfukuza ni Management DC pekee, sasa kwenye DC iliyomfukuza hakukuwa na mjumbe yeyote kutoka Management team ya kampuni hiyo either quorum inayotakiwa ni
1. Mwenyekiti wa DC awe one of members of management team,
2. Another member of management team
3. representative from his branch I.e branch manager or head or head of department.
4. HR department representative.
5. Legal department representative
DC iliyoketi ilikuwa ya watu 2 tu ambao ni mmoja kutoka hr na mwingine hakuwa mmoja wa waliotajwa kwenye quorum. Je hii issue ikoje kisheria msaada tafadhali.

Atapaswa kuomba certiorari na kufuatiwa na mandamus il a quash decision ya quorum na after that court I compell arud kazin

Pa kuanzia ni CMA ambapo hapo atapata maelekezo tore.Kesi yake iko poa sana na atashinda under improper procedure. Ila uzoefu nikki nao Watanzania wengi ni waoga sana utashangaa hata huyu Jamaa akaachia tuu mambo yakaisha kienyeji.....Namtakia kila la kheri
