Maybe extra amount goes to CCM. I once told a friend that I find AghaKhan more like Muhimbili. While Muhimbili has all facilities at affordable cost, AghaKhan these days has nothing except the name and pride....They once took my medical card and asked me to go for it the following day because a certain machine wasnt working so they couldnt take my records.
