TANZANIA | NORTH KOREAThe Dar leader
Washington and Seoul are discreetly putting pressure on Tanzanian President Jakaya Kikwete to end military cooperation with Pyongyang. Around 18 North Korean military technicians and army officers are believed to be at Dar es Salaam airport repairing the ancient fleet of Soviet MiG-21 fighter-bombers and other military aircraft. Their presence would be in breach of United Nations sanctions imposed in March in the wake of North Korea's nuclear weapons tests and its threats to attack South Korea and the United States.
What if they are preferable technicians for the job? The two guys have to understand that we are a politically independent nation and won't be chosen experts, friends and or rather enemies!!
Yeah, we are independent but it was UN sanctions… hence we did vote for the sanctions… why turn around at night time?
Are you able to recall how many times the US or Israel have breached or even ignore UN sanctions? Mkuki mtamu kwa nguruwe kwa binadamu mchungu?
