Lots of praises and congrats have been waved to general Mabeyo since the public was notified for his retirement till today. Yes he deserves some, but not as much as it is exaggerated by praise singers.

The main verse of their praise song to gen. Mabeyo is that he protected and defended the constitution even when president Magufuli passed away. Damnate!

What about when Magufuli was alive?
Magufuli wanted and had started to turn this country to be authoritarian and gen. Mabeyo was there to help and see this happening.

Magufuli paralyzed all systems and processes of democracy in the country gen. Mabeyo didn't care.

People were kidnapped, dead bodies were found floating offshore and opposition figures became asylum seekers gen. Mabeyo took no action

With all the above in mind did gen. Mabeyo protect and defend our constitution?

To sum up, there are rifts of great security threats that occurred in our country during his tenure as CDF. For that matter, he offered nothing special rather than protecting Interests of his master.

This is not right. General Mabeyo is our Hero! Period.

We do not have strong army to protect the country’s interest and resources , protecting and defending the Constitution is more than letting Samia to take the presidency following the death of her predecessor ;

that is very small portion of the cinstitution requirements. We need a strong army with no influence from the President . If CDF position is still under Presudential appointment, we will never get anywhere
