If you look at the killing process of George Floyd in America you shall see that the policeman who knelt on the neck on the victim knew what he was doing.

Anatomically they are big vessels from the heart ascending to the brain .they bring oxygen to the brain and take away deoxygenated blood from the brain and scalp.compressing these vessels causes the brain to lack oxygen and this lead to poor function of the heart and this obviously leada to death.

The question is if the murderer did not know what he was doing why did he kneel on this big jugular veins? To me he knew what he was doing

It's not what you know, it's what you can prove!

Can you prove beyond reasonable doubt before the court of law that it was intentional?

You seem to be a man of sights based on your questions and points, something is clear but you are opposed to it by your love and not de reality, kuna vitu viko wazi kabisa but unapinga kutokana na ushabiki na sio ukweli kutokana na mahaba hahahahaha

Picha ulioonyesha ni tukio tofauti na tukio la george.
Dispite of ubaguzi.. polisi wa america wanatumia too much force kukabiliana na matukio. Tukio dogo mtu anakimbilia gun au anatumia nguvu kupita kiasi.

Hii kitu serikal lazima waangalie kwa jicho la tatu.

Intentional in what sense? That there was malice aforethought and therefore the defendant should have been or should be charged with murder 1 instead of murder 2 and 3?

If it’s murder 1, I don’t think it can pass muster.

The standard is very high for that.

Even murder 2 is hard to prove. Murder 3 should be a slam dunk.

However, given the global pre-trial publicity of the case, they [prosecutors] might be able to get a murder 2 conviction.

For, it’ll be almost impossible to find jurors who are unsympathetic to the death of Mr. Floyd.

Let's talk, from a legal point of view;

How will that prove there was an intent and premeditation that the murder was planned in advance by the perpetrator?, charges that have been demanded by some that put too much pressure on prosecutors to prove them considering the amount of crucial evidence gathered up to now.

Why do you think the suspects are being charged with the particular charges they have right now?

Umeona natetea lolote au umekurupuka tu?
My point is kama sisi wenyewe hatupendani. Je wazungu watatupenda?
