Precisely, the Conciliation Board under the labour tribunal was established by Security of Employment Act of 1964. Among other things it said to strengthen industrial democracy and to restrict the employers' common law right of hiring and firing.
Does this law meet it objectives? Under section 15 of the Act it states “decision of the Chairman is the decision of the Board” Do you think this reflect the rule of law? Under sections 27 and 28 of the Act it says “the decision of the Board or that of the Minister in the case of an appeal is final and conclusive enforceable in any court and not subject to review” Do you think this is fair and just? Whether or not the Act is valid following the enactment of Labour Institution Act of 2004?
With utmost, submitted for discussion and valuable comments.

Go and revise your stuff. the legislations you referring are dead law!
