Ghadafi has no choice now it is just a matter of time because NATO and the West have already set up a big budget for this. I do not see how they can change their mind. He falled in the trap by starting killing his own people instead of negotiating with them in the beginning.

During heavy NATO's bombing of Tripoli, in the most aggressive air-strike since the bombing began, brother leader Muammer Gaddafi gave a speech on a National TV. He said:

"You should be ashamed, you will never terrorise Great Libya, you can't terrorize the enduring Tripoli!
Tripoli destroyed Spaniards and Skulaip and the Knights of Malta and Byzantium, Romans, Italians!
They were all broken on the rocks of Tripoli!

Libya is undergoing the deadliest, the most barbaric, and the savagest campaign, but we will not go down! We will not surrender! We have only ONE OPTION, and that option is OUR LAND, and WE ARE LIVING THAT OPTION NOW!
Life or Death, it makes no difference to us!
This is Our Option!
This is Our Land!
We will not leave it!

We don't care about victory now and we don't care about life or death. We decided to do our duty, to fight against imposed and unjustified aggression!

We weren't the reason to this battle.
We decided to do our duty that We have to do, duty for Our history, for Our grandfathers who sacrificed themselves for this land, and for the generations who will live in Libya.
You are just Ere in the sea. You are chasing the mirage.

What do you want ?
Did we hurt you?

Why are you bombing Us?

Gaddafi Writes Letter to Congressional Leaders

ABC News’ John R. Parkinson reports:

Libya dictator Muammar Gaddafi has apparently written a letter addressed to Congressional leadership and the White House, a week after the House of Representatives passed a resolution demanding the Obama administration explain the legal justifications for committing U.S. armed forces to enforce a no-fly zone there.

In the three-page letter, Gaddafi says he “reviewed with great interest the deliberations of the Congress on the issue of the participation of the United States of America in NATO's aggression against Libya, and I want express my sincere gratitude for your thoughtful discussion of the issues.”
Gadhafi also calls for "a cease fire, the funding of humanitarian relief and assistance in fostering and furthering accommodation between the parties within Libya that are at odds."

“We are ready to sit at the table with appropriate internal interlocutors lead by the United States. Let's stop the destruction and begin the negotiations to find a peaceful solution for Libya,” Gaddafi writes. “I appeal to you, as the great Democracy, to assist us to determine our future as a people. Our Nation must not be colonized again by Europeans. Our Country must not be divided again.”

Sources say that the authenticity of the letter has not been confirmed. The letter is dated June 9, 2011 and is signed by “Muammar Gaddafi, Commander of the Great Revolution.”

A spokesman for Speaker of the House John Boehner tells ABC News: “If authentic, this incoherent letter only reinforces that Gaddafi must go. There’s no disagreement about that. That’s why so many Americans have questions – which the White House refuses to answer – about the administration committing U.S. resources to an operation that doesn’t make his removal a goal.”
