Hawa wahuni wanalalamikia uhuni wa NTC lakini kumbe NTC tayari wameshawatayarishia maisha mazuri. Ona ulaji na ajira hizo watakazozipata.

Jibil also addressed concerns about a rise in revenge attacks and lawlessness as thousands of young men with weapons have found themselves unemployed after waging months of brutal fighting.

He said authorities were considering plans to give them the option of joining private security companies that will be given priority for securing the borders, oil fields and public institutions, or the national army.

Commanders for Libya's transitional authorities say they have captured former Libyan leader Col Muammar Gaddafi.
The news came after transitional forces claimed control of Sirte, Col Gaddafi's birthplace. There was no independent confirmation of his capture.
Col Gaddafi came to power in Libya in 1969. He was toppled in an uprising that began in February.
The International Criminal Court is seeking his arrest.
"He's captured. He's wounded in both legs," National Transitional Council (NTC) official Abdel Majid told Reuters news agency.
"He's been taken away by ambulance."
AFP news agency quoted another NTC official, Mohamed Leith, as saying that Col Gaddafi had been captured in Sirte and was "seriously wounded" but still breathing.

Waziri wa Zamani wa Mambo ya nje wa Libya ameiambia Aljazeera Tv muda hu kwamba Quadafi amekamatwa baada ya Mji wa nyumbani kwake Sirte kutekwa na Waasi wakisaidiwa na NATO. Hata Tv Libya inatangaza vivyo hivyo.
