Sorry for the interruption but I think its time not to speak of this and that lets join our hands together and see how we can solve the problem at hand, and lets make a real statement that our government will not dare take it for granted but will work on it for as long as we are true and mean what we say. Remember we ain't blind and we ain't deaf so please lets take the trouble to open the casket and never fear what u don't know even death if it must coz its our way to the other side. As long as we remain blind we shall always be in the dark side. So take control of your lives coz we are free men and women.

Government of Tanzania employs people who have gone to school above primary education.....English language is a medium of instruction from secondary school according to Tanzania Education (Amendment) Act, 1995....

English is the language of the high courts of Tanzania.....

English is used in Tanzania in diplomatic issues plus international trade (commerce) and foreign investments.....

English is a public administration language in the government of Tanzania....

So, now you can see why the President of URT need to be fluent more than my little niece....

Its about a revolution of change in the minds of Tanzanians and any other African country that still believes that the change is brought by the ones in power rather than the ones that haven't had the chance to express their devotion. But it also speaks about conspiracy, propagandist, power vaccum, nepotists, favoritism, conservatives. It also stretchs to the liberation, revolutionarising the minds to think critical with logic and create a new belief that with the people change will sparkle and others will learn from us. Hence creating new hope that had vanished.
 

I hope you addressed the role of the government in doing things that people can't do for themselves e.g investing in infrastructure or public goods, fixing the regulations, investing in R & D, education, health, water, electricity, reducing the gap between the haves and the have nots using for instance equitable tax policies, making sure people can benefit from the natural resources our country is endowed with, ensuring the respect of human rights and freedom, etc!!!!

The fact that many people are aware that the government cannot do everything for them however a slight change of its operations can make a difference to millions of lives. People are not looking for some handouts!!!

That's the kind of change that we seek!!!
