DNI Ratcliffe Says Election ‘Issues’ Must Be Resolved Before Winner Declared

The top U.S. intelligence official suggested on Sunday that election lawsuits and other issues need to be resolved first before the winner of the Nov. 3 presidential election is declared.
Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe told Fox Business that issues brought up by President Donald Trump’s legal team have to be heard in court.
“These election issues, we’ll see who is in what seats and whether there is a Biden administration,” he told the broadcaster.
Ratcliffe said that due to the unprecedented expansion of mail-in voting, many questions remain about the results.
“Essentially we had universal mail-in balloting across this country in a way we hadn’t seen before, and to that point, almost 73 percent of the American people this year voted before Election Day, a good percentage of those by mail,” he said.
“That’s about an 80 percent increase over anything we’ve ever seen before, so it’s little wonder that we see what’s happening around the country as a result of that, with mail-in balloting and all of the questions—and the questions that are being raised in lawsuits and by everyday Americans about what happened in the election,” Ratcliffe said.
In the interview Sunday, Ratcliffe made note of allegations that were brought up in recent days, including a truck driver who claimed to have transported hundreds of thousands of apparently completed mail-in ballots from a town in Long Island, New York, to Pennsylvania. He also referred to recent footage obtained by Trump’s team that shows election workers pulling out black, suitcase-like ballot containers from beneath a table after poll observers and other election workers were apparently told to go home for the night at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta.
“But people need to understand that’s different than election fraud issues—things like postal drivers saying they took 200,000-plus ballots from New York to Pennsylvania.Tens of thousands of ballots supposedly mailed in, but no folds or creases in them. More votes than ballots issued in places,” the intelligence chief said.
“People pulling out suitcases and video evidence of that with questionable explanations for that. Those are issues of election fraud that need to be investigated and there’s a lot of them and it’s not just one person or one group of people. It’s across the country.”
Georgia election officials said the video showing containers being pulled from the table is not unusual, while Trump’s team said it is evidence of fraud. Officials in Fulton County, Georgia, and election officials have provided conflicting accounts of what happened on the night of Nov. 3, with one Fulton County spokesperson, Regina Waller,telling ABC News and other outlets at 11:30 p.m. on Election Night that vote counting was done for the night.
Later that week, other Fulton County officials confirmed that counting had continued for several hours longer. Georgia’s Republican Party chief, David Shafer, has said that poll observers were not present during this time period.
As a result, Ratcliffe said numerous Americans don’t believe “the votes were counted fairly, that the processes at the state and local level weren’t administered fairly.”

Allen West: Seven States Will Join Texas in SCOTUS Lawsuit Against Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania

Col. Allen West joined Steve Bannon Tuesday evening on The War Room. Allen West, the Republican Party Texas state leader, went on to discuss today’s Texas lawsuit against Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania at the Supreme Court.
West told Steve Bannon that Louisiana joined the lawsuit on Tuesday afternoon.
Louisiana AG Jeff Landry announced earlier this afternoon that Louisiana is joining in on the Texas lawsuit filed yesterday against the states of Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania over irregularities and lawlessness in the conduct of the 2020 election.
Allen West told Steve Bannon, “I think you’re going to see ten states sign on to this petition and lawsuit. I know as you said Louisiana just came on board.”
SEVEN states have now joined the Texas lawsuit, arguing that the Equal Protection Clause has been violated in this election from state-to-state:
Louisiana, Arkansas, Alabama, Florida, Kentucky, Mississippi, South Carolina, South Dakota.

Arturo D’Elia served as IT security consultant at NATO’s Communication and Information Agency in Rome between 2010 and 2015. He was also the Security Head for the Italian Defense contractor Leonardo SpA.
Leonardo Security Head Arturo D’Elia arrested in US Election hacking case
He developed a Linux Live Distibution for the perform forensics capturing data from devices storage which is used by Italian Police of the State and Military Corporation. D’Elia also developed a Sun Solaris vulnerability fix for US Air Force Pentagon Systems.
He also developed a tool for SQL Injections database, MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle and PostgreSQL. with the main function to dump entire database.
As reported by Reuters, Arturo D’Elia is one of the two persons arrested in Leonardo hacking case.
Italian police said on Dec. 5 that at least 10 gigabytes of confidential data was stolen from Leonardo through a malware installed on targeted machines.
Asked about the details in the court document, Leonardo repeated that classified, strategic information was not held on the computers that were violated. Leonardo does not store top secret military data at the group’s plant in Pomigliano d’Arco, near Naples.
The police arrested Arturo D’Elia and Antonio Rossi who had both worked at Leonardo, over their role in hacking 94 computers, 33 of which were located at the group’s Pomigliano plant.
Italian Lawyer Alfio D’Urso evidence against Arturo D’Elia
According to information provided by a high-level security services official, Italian Supreme Court lawyer Alfio D’Urso has drafted a sworn affidavit presenting details about Arturo D’Elia involvement in US Election.
Arturo D’Elia, former head of the IT Department of Leonardo SpA, has been charged by the public prosecutor of Naples, for technology data manipulation and implantation of viruses in the main computers of Leonardo SpA in December, 2020.
D’Elia has been deposed by the presiding judge in Naples, and in sworn testimony states on for November 2020 under instruction and direction of us persons working from the US Embassy in Rome undertook the operation to switch data from the US elections of three November 2020 from significant margin of victory for Donald Trump to Joe Biden in a number of states where Joe Biden was losing the vote totals.
Defendant stated he was working in Pescara facility of Leonardo, and utilized military grade cyber warfare encryption capabilities to transmit switched votes.
The military satellite of Fucino tower to Frankfurt, Germany period, the defending swears that the data in some cases may have been switched to represent more than total voters registered.
The defendant has stated he is willing to testify to all individuals and entities involving in the switching of votes from Donald Trump to Joe Biden, when he shall be in total position for himself and his family.
Defendant states he has secured in an undisclosed location, the backup of the original data and data switched upon instruction to provide evidence at court in this matter.
