But the fact remains they are presidents until their terms end.

Going by August 8th results, Uhuru's approval rating started at 54%.

And by the way it is nonsensical to assume that the 60 percent who did not vote on Thursday all support Raila. In any case, it is Raila's militia that blocked a huge number who would have wanted to vote.
They attacked polling stations, attacked IEBC officials, instilled fear and threatened to harm those found voting.

In essence, in some parts of the country, voting was no longer a secret ballot. Anyone seen entering a polling station was automatically assumed to be voting for Uhuru, which led many to keep off.

If Raila would have allowed free and fair election in his strongholds, he would have been shown dust.
