We are talking about $ 3.8 billion train project here, not a bus project. Isn't Kenya deserves to get what other part of the world consider to be "First Class?" Maybe not, maybe that's what Kenya really wanted. In fact, you did send your offices to inspect them before delivery right?If those aren't as kingly as you are,there are state-of-the-art buses on the same route that can befit you. That's if you can afford.
