We are talking about $ 3.8 billion train project here, not a bus project. Isn't Kenya deserves to get what other part of the world consider to be "First Class?" Maybe not, maybe that's what Kenya really wanted. In fact, you did send your offices to inspect them before delivery right?

First class standards varies from country to country. There is no problem,with time we can replace those seats with better ones,sio kazi kubwa.
