I bet those guys didn't see the Busia bridge or SGR that is 3x price of electrified SGR of Tanzania. Anyway it depends on who r behind the award if I am a Chinese financing institution (China eximbank) n u took a loan from me at 8% interesthe rate, why shouldn't I reward u?

The award was not from China. Roads and infrastructure are tangible things. Thats why we are still enjoying Mwai Kibaki's inputs in that sector until now. Nyinyi endeleeni kuzindua transfoma na nguzo. Mtajua hamjui.

Hahaha, 😀 this was very expected from you, remember you once said that Kenyans bribe the U.N and the Worldbank? President Uhuru has recieved an award all because of construction of roads and infrustructure. They forgot all the other african president JPM included.
