Did you congratulate him for his victory or for him being the President again? But why ask all these questions? I believe these questions might be seen as uchochezi kwani majibu yake mengine hayaandikiki.
I get so frustrated by tanzanians living abroad and who perceive that all is well back here at home (TZ), they are totally not in reality with hali halisi hapa nchini. I get a feeling of personal interest arising from some of their praise/comments to our politicians?
I guess one of things which has frustrated you, is by Rev Kishoka congratulating the president!! right?
There nothing could be done now to revoke his victory!! The system is corrupt, old and never democratic friendly!! end of the he is the president despite the everything...
I agree the president should now be on this round table for the dialogue to continue, he has to answer these questions!!!
Si ndiyo hayo mavuno ndugu yangu na ndio lazima tumpongeze ati....
If he didnt know why his country is poor, how would he know the future?Mr. President,
I would like to offer my congratulations for your victory to lead Tanzania for the second term.
I know this year elections were not piece of cake to your party CCM and its government as it was in year 2005.
I understand you are spending significant amount of time to reflect and measure the last 5 years of your administration and leadership, while planning to execute the new mission as stated on your Party 2010 Election manifesto.
As a citizen of the republic I have a few questions that I would like for you to take time to think about it, and if possible, respond to my questions when you address the Parliament next week.
I hope these questions will help me to understand your presidency and perhaps validate my perceptions that you trully deserved my praise to you when I wrote Thank God for giving us Kikwete.
- What are the 5 major challenges that you will be facing in the next 5 years?
- What will you do different on the second term in comparison to the first term?
- How are you going to inspire Tanzanians to become productive and efficient?
- What will you do as President and a citizen to encourage Tanzanians to be engaged with affairs of their country?
- If you were to correct mistakes of your first term, list 5 descisions or dirrectives from your presidency that you will wish to reverse and correct.

I feel sorry for Rev. to at least have some guts of posing these strategic and difficult questions to the appointed president. I am assuring you that, only a serious person will be able to give you some right answers to those questions; but I am afraid to say that, Mr. Appointee is not the right one for these questions.
Instead of us wasting time to think that something fruitful will emerge out of his leadership (let alone answers to some of the obvious querries) Lets think (hard thinking) what can be done to oust this undemocratic regime, come 2015.
Mundu,
The good thing about these questions is that they are made public and not only reflection of the Dear leader but so is his party. One would have thought to ask this to CCM, but I chose its leader since he is the responsible party.
Then Wananchi will have to ask same question to their representative and demand answers and solutions, if these representatives fall short, then vote of no confidence should take place.
I know by nature the Victorious Victor has Kigugumizi and may not be able to comprehend what I am asking, but if by tomorrow none of his supporters will stand up and privide the answers on his behalf, I will respond to those questions myself representing what Tanzanians see on him and so is CCM.
Rev,
This is the same person when asked to give his best comment on the increase of traffic jam in Dar, he casually said, that was a result of the rising of middle class community, and it is an indication of maisha Bora kwa Kila Mtanzania. He is just not serious!!
Who else in the party…tell me who else? Makamba?, Chenge? Lowassa?, Kapuya?
Malaria Sugu, Kibunango and all othe CCM people in here... not forgeting Raj Patel
