Kwa kiswahili yana maana sawa lakini kwa kwenye kiingereza yanatumika katika mazingira tofauti. Ni kama begin na start. Believe ipo kiroho zaidi, imani ya mtu ( dini/kwa mizimu) ni belief na sio trust, lakini mtu anaweza kuwa na imani na mwenzie au kitu chake kuwa hata/hakita mwangusha (trust). Ni complex kidogo.

Trust is a feeling or a general sense. It has to do with the way you perceive another person or source of information. If you trust someone you tend to believe that what they say is true. If you trust a certain website that means you think most if not all of the stories posted there are correct.

Believe has to do with individual facts, and its is on a case by case basis. Someone might say I believe that Syria used chemical weapons, but I don't believe the president knew about it.

trust ni feeling in your guts kwamba a person will do/act/behave or otherwise in the way you know he/she will. usually unatrust kwa sababu uzoefu wako unakuonyesha hivyo..arguably kuwa unatrust kutokana na uzoefu na una ushahidi.

"believe" though not necessarily kiroho but in most cases ipo kiroho zaidi.. ushahid hapo hamna ingawa kunaweza kukawa na chembe za experience. common sense na faith zinachangia sana katika believing
