👉Here we go again raising voice to support the country by contribution of youth.

đź’ˇAmong all age groups, youth is believed to be a better stage of bringing changes due to energy and fresh thinking capability.

đź’ˇAlot of job positions in different institutions both governmental and non-governmental are held by older people, this may be due to a belief of incapability of youth to hold and conduct activities in a right and disciplined manner compared to elders.

đź’ˇNow who is responsible for bringing this into light? It is we youth who are the ones to bring changes and make others believe in us, let us be accountable, transparency and hard workers, an open mindset should be our guide and a key to unleash our freedom and trustworthy. But beside all our efforts, what change will it make without government support? Here comes a fact that government has to offer a helping hand to us.

đź’ˇIt is true that we should rely on self-employement rather than depending on being employed, but alot of Tanzanian families are just normal and low income earners, so it becomes difficult for youth of those families to achieve their perceptions interms of any development agenda. Each and every individual carries passion of doing something in life, some like to invest in technology while some in agriculture, others in creativity and so on but families' background pull then back all over their efforts.

đź’ˇFrankly speaking, not every one has connections to boost their har working fruits because we belong to families with different levels. We see many people trying to untiredly focus on thier dreams but they end up without accomplishments, a very large number of youth nowadays have directed their energy and time in doing unnecessary things like betting, some of them had big dreams but they chose to bury them.

đź’ˇWhat if their dreams could be supported? Where could they be? How could those dreams benefit the country? If you think hard on this, you will realize the point we will reach after 5 years if we take no step. The saying of "Vijana ni taifa la kesho na ni nguvu kazi ya jamii" is dying slowly.

đź’ˇAnd I can clearly see the saying of "aliyenacho huongezewa" being implemented, those who belong to good and known families are highly supported by a thing so called "connection".

đź’ˇTanzania is a very blessed country but it is our duty to use what we have been blessed with in a worthful way. Most of students taking engineering studies try their level best to practise what their taught in class by true visible works, many obtains ability to innovate in different ways. I have seen University students making a car and wonderful enough it functions as imported ones. Some youth engage in different sectors like interpreneurship and agribusiness seeking to employ others but their projects fail.

đź’ˇI sincerely praise the government for the actions it takes to save youth as pillar for development, there has been supports like loans and education sessions impacted to youth.

đź’ˇBut I think inorder to fasten changes for development under this side, efforts should done highly on saving youth because today's leaders will retire tomorrow and who will take the lead if we not take into consideration the matter of preparing tomorrow's leaders today?

đź’ˇFirstly, at the time government fights to bring changes to we wome, they forget about men, there have been alot of organizations which play part to improve girl's life but there are few for men. If we need to bring light then we should leave no one behind, all male and female youth have to be subjected to it.

đź’ˇSecondly, youth projects should be more emphasized because it is through them others can secure jobs. If I start production process I do not think that I will be the only one to work, instead other youth will be employed through my project. Support can be given by friendly procedures for acquiring loans and affordable interest inorder to motivate youth.

đź’ˇThe biggest support to youth relies on education sector basis, I do wonder when the government offers to support university students by Samia scholarship. It is a very good idea but I think it requires a slight change, we do believe that every parent wishes his or her children to acquire quality education but others fail to send them into good schools because of low living standard, those studying in good private schools means that their parents are well enough to afford all the costs, then why do the government support fully funded scholarship to those whose parents can afford?

đź’ˇI suggest that this should be well observed, there should atleast be percentages to favour both kind of students. Those who study in local schools could have equal chance of performing well in good schools, but the students from local schools should also be favored because they pass in very hard conditions, can you imagine studying while thinking of herding cattle soon after going home in evening? Going to school with torned clothes and unqualified shoes? Now does it not feel favouritism awarding by comparing them with those studying in condusive environments? If they could also be favoured who knows that they might become very useful youth one day?

📌Tanzania we want to obtain few years to come should offer equal chances of opportunities to all youth, it is the role of government to persue this.📌

No, it does not. There is currently no favoritism but if we implement it we would be the ones starting the favoritism. Let students be examined on a single scale.

If we want to favour those students in hard conditions. Let it be in terms of improving their conditions more.

Or did I miss something? What kind of favour do you suggest we give the abovementioned students.?

Thank you for a challenge, but what I was suggesting is that the scholarship is being given as an award to best students and it is good as it motivates students to study hard, but how do we judge and compare these two kinds of students on the same scale?

Just by a simple determination, I believe every student studies to attain achievement with hard efforts but environment sometimes become an obstacle for others to reach their highest potential.....

After taking a deep examination on this side, I congratulate the government while suggesting that the total amount budgeted to help best students should be divided into half portions so that one half serves best students from private schools and another stays for local school's students.

Though this may seem to make biasness but it will motivate those students in local schools and it will give them opportunity as well to attain high level studies, because I am very sure that some students fail to continue with their studies due to the failure of parents to afford the costs....

Making it as terms to improve their conditions is right but how can government take care of each family? Supporting some who shows passion and good intentions in studies will be a good example to others and I think that will be a good way motivate and support them.

In that way I agree. It becomes like: A. Scholarship for best gvt student and B. Scholarship for best private sch student. This is not bad. Good actually.

I was concerned only because I misunderstood that you wanted things like different exams. That was all.

Now I get you

You are amazing madame♥

I agree no one should be left behind, girls and boys should be given equal access to opportunities but you forget the fact girls face a lot of challenges than boys. For example in education, there's wider gap in enrollment between girls and boys with girls being underrepresented in higher education, this means getting meaningful employment is hard for girls than boys, so more needs to be done to target girls, just to close the gap first. It's a nice topic I gave you my vote.

Thanks alot for your contribution🤝 it hits a point, and thanks to the government and other non-government organizations also as they try hard to motivate girls not only in education but in other sectors as well like politics... But my story aimed most at supporting youth including both male and female
