Aah unasema story ya coop? hiyo ni different sana na bank zingine, na mostly Coop does not led to (syndicated loans) to goverment, or invest in fast maturing government paper(90dayBonds) Coop concentrates on its clients the cooperatives and its salaried members. Very good and Honest bank, infact inaitwa kingdom bank- its run on christian principles.
The banks that your gvt feeds our taxes are the kcb, baclays, stanchart and etc. Those are the culprits that I am saying no one should imagine their success is any good or a bragging point

No bank in this world can survive without lending the govt...even your own banks in Tanzania.....even if it has Christian names.....coop is the third largest lender to GoK and doing biz with the government is the surest deal for banks..that's were I get u...your English won't help its only facts that would.

Do this, enda uchukue cooperatives act usome, ndio utajua why coop is not like these other banks. And for coop buying government paper its allowed as a bank to invest in such but not in the manner of stanchart or baclays. Its a cooperative, its first mission is to its clients the members. Na mimi si mTZ buda, sema location yako nikupee coodinatez za your local mùchathà dealer

Cooperative beats both stan-chart and Barclay's profits combined...usijifanye mtz mjanja hapa

Buda is it a crime for banks to trade with the govt?
Twende na fwakti bwana! Umeanza vema.. Naona kijana Wa kulala kakufanya umekuwa mpole... Ujanja mwingi mbele....? 🙂 Mabanker watutafsirie hapa.. Hizi fwaktis

We were talking about the source of those profits, Baclays and other racketeer banks get most of their business mining the taxpayer through govenment paper and syndicated loans. On the other hand Coop Gets almost all of its business from its members who are also monthly contributors. Uwe makini sana, Source of the profit no Just the "profit".
You are a slow learner

Mr fast learner .. Give me evidences of your arguments... Barclays,Stan chart and KCB are very genuine...kama ulinyimwa loan kajinyonge na boxer buda

Sorry I dont have time to pull up a p&l for a racketeer bank like KCB or stanchart and educate you on the revenue entries. Worst still you may not even understand the IFRS standard being used and what is/ not diclosed in those financial statements. Enda shule pliz

My friend you can cheat your grandmother but not us we depend on facts not opinions....
