Sheria iko hivyo kulinda maslahi ya watuhumu na pia maslahi ya mtuhumiwa.

Kabla ya kukamilika kwa ushahidi, mtuhumiwa anaweza kudhurika AKIWA NJE YA SELO na kupelekea kukosa haki yake ya usalama wake na pia kuathiri mwenendo wa uchunguzi unaohusisha watu wengi na kuhusisha mengi.
