Any factory, public or private, commissioned in Kenya is part of this Big 4.
Any irrigation scheme, hospital or hospital equipment, health insurance, housing project etc. is part of the Big 4.
The objective is to accelerate. So you will not be seeing a single project labeled 'Big 4'. If you are looking at a paper thinking they are yet to begin, stick to what you know.
