  • SIR SERETSE KHAMA LEADERSHIP SKILLS
Seretse Khama as the new president introduced many policies that were advanced for that era.

He enthroned the Rule of Law, enforced contracts, allowed market forces to work and so on. These far-reaching policies were the sought The Economist magazine would have recommended and not the socialistic ones many newly independent African countries like Tanzania were embarking on which were to leave them worse off than under colonial rule.

These are the 3 reasons why Botswana is where it is today. Personally, I feel the country could have done better with far deeper policies. Anyway, one must not discount the great progress made since 1965.

kila mtu anayo namna ya kufanya analysis ila,mtazamo wa walio wengi hutumia kipimo cha net profit income kuwa ni indication ya unachomiliki...unaweza kuwa tajiri ila una madeni zaidi ya mali zako.
