On top of that they also gave us a loan to build a double decker highway from JKIA all the way to Rironi, another loan for Konza city and also another loan for upgrade of the metre gauge all the way to Malaba border. Uganda will have both sgr and MGR from Kenya carrying their cargo.
Also they closed deals for china to help in building the special economic zones along the sgr first in Likoni, then Naivasha and finally Kisumu, also chinese businesses signed contracts to put up Factories in those zones. Before I forget, the avocado deal too.
We are not the type to get excited over Kshs 1.2 Billion AID money. We don't do AID, we do Loans and PPP

2.Ovacado deal was a flop, no one imposes those kind of rules .My very good friend and MP wainaina wa jungle can tell you this..And he is not bluffing he owns JungleNuts Company that deals with ovacado exports.
