Hii ubungo interchange ni mkopo kutoka world bank ..from what i know ..hela ya world bank wanakuwaga nayo wenyewe na wanalipa wenyewe contractors au huipa serikali kidogo kidogo kutokana na matumizi ..sidhani kama world bank walivyopelekewa proposal na cost kwamba ni 177billion tsh ..wao walikubali tu bila kufanya research zao ..world bank wako strict sana na pesa zao na maswala ya rushwa ..so i thnk 177bntsh is worth it

An interchange in tz costs sh9b;
Outering elevated with 4 interchanges,8 lanes and 7 footbridges and streetlights and is 16 km will cost us 8.1 billion Kenyan shillings.
Thika road which is 60km costs 35 billion shillings...4 times ubongo

Ata kama Sgr tuligongwa hii nayo imezidi an interchange can't be that expensive.
Then whats the point of building an interchange before building a superhighway....
Kenya builts superhighways with interchanges in them like southern bypass,eastern bypass,thika road ,outering etc..but you guys build interchanges and even have names.
This is a simple interchange it could barely cost 100-500 million
