Hayo ya historia nyote mmenisoma sana na kwa urefu.
Unasema nini katika haya hapa chini?:
...the United States government in supporting the Tanzanian government in its war against terrorism was in actual sense supporting the Christian lobby in the government in its anti Islam stand.
In so doing was creating out of Muslims an unwilling adversary who had never threatened American interests.
This state of affairs forced Muslims in Tanzania to open up yet another line of defence against the United States fanning an already volatile state of affairs.
Muslims have now two powerful adversaries to watch out.
Muslims had to confront local adversaries as well as the United States.
The Christian lobby in the government had found an unexpected ally.
Muslims had to organise a line of defence against the United States interference into what was previously purely an internal power struggle between Muslims and Christians vying for dominance in the local political arena.
The entry of the United States in the conflict on the side of the Tanzania Government gave the conflict religious undertones, which were translated by Muslims as an impending American crusade hidden behind the façade of war against terrorism.
What was worse is the fact that in the last ten years there had been a large influx of Pentecost churches into the country from the United States and these churches were not openly hostile towards Islam but were also very aggressive towards other Christian sects.
However with the passing of the anti-terrorist legislation it seemed all Christian churches in Tanzania where united in combating Islam under the banner of terrorism.
The Act was therefore seen by Muslims as yet another strategy by the government to keep Muslims under perpetual bondage.
The government of Tanzania had succeeded to manipulate the Prevention of Terrorism Act for its own selfish ends.
The government had shifted from its long standing progressive policy of commitment to freedom, justice and equality overtime transforming itself into an ally of the United States whose oppressive policies it once lead other African nations to oppose.
This change of policy and ideological stand unsettled the established political equilibrium.
It is now out of tune for Tanzania to identify itself with the people of Palestine, Afghanistan, Iraq, and Kashmir.
The government was able to kill three birds with one stone.
First by passing the anti terrorism legislation it had found a partner in its efforts to weaken Islam and its influence in Tanzania.
Second it managed to alienate Tanzanian Muslims from the rest of the Muslim world where Islam was under siege; and lastly the government managed to position itself correctly as an ally of the United States and hence be considered legible for aid,[1] the aid which will eventually strengthen the status quo.

Ili darasa lako lieleweke wewe kama ni mwalimu - au unajiona hivyo - ni lazima uwe tayari kusikiliza maswali, na kuyajibu ili kusitokee kutoelewa au watu wakaondoka na kutokuelewa. Au unataka watu wasikie simulizi lako na waitikie "naam" na wasiulize swali? Miye sina tatizo kuulizwa maswali ninapotoa darasa langu na najaibu maswali yote ninayoweza kujibu nisiyoweza nasema siwezi au nitatafuta majibu.
Sasa mwenzetu na weye unataka watu wakusome tu wakubali na wasithubutu kujiuliza maswali au wao kukuuliza maswali. Kweli hiyo unaita elimu? Hata wajumbe wa Mwenyezi Mungu hawakukwepa maswali; ukisoma vitabu vya kidini utaona jinsi gani maswali ni sehemu ya kufahamu na kupata ujuzi zaidi. Inashangaza sana ndugu yetu kukwepa maswali kwenye somo ambalo wewe mwenyewe unatoa.
Mzee kubali maswali na uyajibu unayoweza ndio usomi wenyewe huo.

Asante, naendelea kusubiri (remember the vulture is a patient bird)...hii ni safari ya tatu namkumbushia.Nadhani sasa ni muda muafaka wa kufanya mathalani tathmini kidogo ya yaliyojiri na ikiwezekana kuwawezesha wengi wanaofuatillia huu mjadala kutafakari yaliyojitokeza na kujiuliza maswali kadhaa. Mengi ya haya maswali ni yale ambayo ninaamini majibu yake hayapatikani kirahisi ndani ya vitabu alivyoviandika Mohamed Said kuhusiana na harakati za kudai uhuru wa Tanganyika. Hata hivyo nina ombi moja tu kwamba kuanzia sasa kama kuna hoja ama ufafanuzi unatakiwa kutolewa, utolewe kwa njia inayokubalika kwa lengo la kuelimishana lakini kama mtu hana hoja au jibu sahihi ingefaa sana akibakia msomaji tu.
Wanajamvi naomba kwanza tujaribu kujizuia na majibu ya dhihaka na kejeli tuweze angalau kudumisha amani, upendo, undugu na utanzania ambao tumejivunia kwa miaka mingi bila kubaguana kwa misingi aliyotuwekea Baba wa Taifa. Na pili naomba mimi niwe wa kwanza kumuuliza Mohamed Said maswali mawili matatu ambayo yanaleta utata katika maandiko yake ambayo, kama anavyodai ameyafanyia utafiti wa muda mrefu, sidhani kama atashindwa kuyajibu kwa ufasaha.. Mohamed Said, maswali yangu kwako ni haya;
- Baada ya TANU kuasisiwa, viongozi wake wengine wa juu, pasi Mwalimu Nyerere aliyechaguliwa kwa kishindo kuwa Raisi wake wa Kwanza, walikuwa ni akina nani, walipatikanaje (kuteuliwa au kupigiwa kura?) na kwa sifa zipi? Hapa nina maana ya Makamu Raisi, Katibu na msaidizi wake, Katibu Mwenezi kama alikuwapo, Mweka Hazina n.k Hapo naongelea iliyokuwa kama kamati kuu ya TANU baada ya kuzinduliwa kama iliwahi kuwepo.
- Kama viongozi hawa waliteuliwa, ni nani aliyewateua na kwa kuzingatia nini. Je, katiba ya TANU ilikuwa inasemaje na je ilifuatwa katika kuwateua?
- Kama viongozi hawa walichaguliwa, walipendekezwa na nani waweze kupigiwa kura? Je hawa wajumbe waliowachagua walipatikanaje? Je majina yao yanaweza kuwekwa wazi kwa wanaofuatilia mjadala huu?
- Mohamed Said, umedai kuwa TANU ilivyozidi kupanuka na kuenea sehemu mbali mbali, idadi ya viongozi Wakristo iliongezeka kwa kasi na kuanza kuwatia shaka wenzao wa Kiislaam...je hawa viongozi walipatikanaje? Je waliteuliwa au walichaguliwa kwa kupigiwa kura?... vyovyote vile je katiba ya TANU ilifuatwa?
Wanajamvi naamini haya maswali ya mwanzo ni muhimu sana katika kuangalia, kutafakari na kujiridhisha na timeline kuhusu baadhi ya Watanganyika walioshiriki karika harakati za kudai uhuru kutokuwa na imani na uongozi wa Mwalimu kabla ya uhuru. Baadaye tutaingia kwenye awamu ya pili nayo ni baada ya uhuru...kitu gani kilileta kutokuaminiana?
