Hatuwezi kwa sababu ya mpangilio na adha ya utawala, husikii mombasa watu wamevunjiwa nyumba Ili ujenge Barabara ya mkopo unaolipwa na Kodi inayotokana na wahanga hao hao, hatuwezi kwa sababu unawanyima makazi, halafu pia unabomoa rasilimali walizotoa Kodi yao kujenga, kwa kifupi hatuwezi
