my reading so far is that both Museveni and Kibaki/Raila need external enemies to take attention away from their failed leadership in their respective countries. Don't be surprised if both countries begin conscripting Mungiki types in readiness for the Mother of all Skirmishes. And of course armchair nationalists on both sides will fill media outlets with misplaced vitriol... after awhile, when they feel their citizens have been fooled by the stagemanaged growling and howling to look up to them as larger than life patriots, they will have papa Britain pull out an old map and settle the issue. The only losers, the small man who will have died on both sides defending the cousinland from external aggression.
