I had expressed fears that the computer system was sabotaged. I still do. There is every reason to believe that the system was either hacked into or a virus was fed into it to slow it down.
But to be told it was programmed to put UK .04 million votes ahead is simplistic, almost naive. The last time I checked , the manual announcements placed UK 0.625 m vote s ahead of RAO. Even by the time the system was discontinued yesterday, UK was 0.595m votes a ahead of RAO.
