Guys,
I was in contemplating the bygone of Prof Lipumba,and a furloughing of Dr Slaa in this UKAWA ENTITY,and the LOWASA world.
Tried harder and harder,to think of this "Sabotage" especially of This great Economist,and renowned Eminent Prof Lipumba,and Dr Slaa,comming to otiose finale.
In Philosophy and Science,there is a great Theory of "The cause and Effects".. This theory explicate that,"something" cannot exist from "Nothing". Or, For something to happen,there must be a cause.
Winding back at the time of when CCM cadres were enunciating their desire to run for Presidency; I heard Mr Bernard Membe, and later on Mr Kinana, coincidently saying that Ukawa they're nothing, soon are going to be UKIWA..And this statement is on record.

Now,minutely,The way both Prof Lipumba and Dr Slaa disappeared,wasn't fortuity/accidentally,but the "EFFECT"!
All indicators shows a clear Sabotage by a System.
